It does not appear that Zetawire’s patent application has issued as a patent. From a search of the USPTO’s PAIR database, it appears that the application number is 12/467991 (filed May 2009) and the nonprovisional application is publication number 20090288012. As of May, 2010, it has been docketed and is ready for examination, which is a far cry from an issued and enforceable patent.
